Staff-facing Django AdminSite instances (not the Agency desktop SPA).

Product SPA (Agency desktop) for operators: / after /login/ — see UI. The desktop is an installable PWA (/manifest.webmanifest, service worker /sw.js, /offline.html). A public /health/ payload lets the SPA detect a Django restart and reload, Home Assistant-style. Mission Control (Agents / Missions / Executions) lives on that desktop.
